This is where we hopefully provide answers to the most common questions prospective clients might have. However, anyone is still welcome to call and speak to a staff member with any further questions.

Are you taking new Clients?

Yes, we are!

Call (269) 254-9760 or click on “Make an Appointment” to schedule your visit.

Do I have to come to your office?

No

All appointments can be conducted over phone or video chat through our state of the art Patient Portal.

House call services are provided to our West Michigan Clients only, contact us for further details.

Do you take insurance?

No

Unfortunately, because we don’t yet have licensure in Michigan, Naturopathic Doctors can’t take insurance. However, I can accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA’s). I’m happy to fill out any paperwork necessary for you to use these forms of payment.

Do you have After Hours Care?

Of course!

Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to connect you with the On-Call provider, 24/7/365 at (269) 254-9760 Ext: 100.

Can you do labs?

Yes

I work with both Genova Diagnostics for functional testing and Lab Corp for general blood work or specialized testing.

Do you draw blood in your office?

No

For regular blood work, blood draws are performed on-site at Lab Corp. For clients who receive house call services, blood samples can be drawn at your home at no additional fee.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes

Senior Discount (60+): We offer a 15% discount on services and 5% discount on supplements.

Student Discount: 15% discount when student ID is presented.

Financial Hardship?

No Problem!

We use a sliding fee scale for those experiencing financial hardship. Documentation of hardship/student status and full payment at time of service are required.

Can Naturopath On-Call, LLP be my Primary care physician?

Although I am trained as a Primary Care Physician, Michigan does not define Naturopathic Physicians as Primary Care Doctors at this point in time. We encourage you to retain a primary care physician. We will gladly collaborate with any health care provider you choose.
