Are you taking new Clients?

Do I have to come to your office?
All appointments can be conducted over phone or video chat through our state of the art Patient Portal.
House call services are provided to our West Michigan Clients only, contact us for further details its important to establish a relationship with a Primary Care Physician we can collaborate with.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, because we don’t yet have licensure in Michigan, Naturopathic Doctors can’t take insurance.
Do you have After Hours Care?
Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to connect you with the On-Call provider, 24/7/365 at (269) 254-9760 Ext: 100.
Can you do labs?
I work with both Genova Diagnostics for functional testing and Lab Corp for general blood work or specialized testing.
Do you draw blood in your office?
For regular blood work, blood draws are performed on-site at Lab Corp.
Do you offer discounts?
Senior Discount (60+): We offer a 15% discount on services and 5% discount on supplements.
Student Discount: 15% discount when student ID is presented.
We use a sliding fee scale for those experiencing financial hardship. Documentation of hardship/student status and full payment at time of service are required.
Can Naturopath On-Call, LLP be my Primary care physician?
Michigan does not define Naturopathic Physicians as Primary Care Doctors at this point in time. We encourage you to retain a primary care physician. We will gladly collaborate with any health care provider you choose.
